FINES FOR RULE VIOLATIONS

SCHEDULE OF MONETARY PENALTIES

FOR VIOLATIONS OF ASSOCIATION RULES AND REGULATIONS

Pursuant to Article V of the By-Laws, "Powers and Duties of the Board of Directors", Section 5.13 g. "to adopt and publish rules and regulations governing the uses of the Association Property and facilities, and the personal conduct of the Owners, lessees and their guests thereon, and establish penalties for infractions thereof", the Board has established the following monetary penalties for the violation of the Association Rules and Regulations:

For the First Violation: $25.00 per month for each month a violation continues to exist after due notice.

For the Section Violation: $50.00 per month for each month a second violation continues to exist after due notice.
For the Third Violation and Each Succeeding Violation: $100 per month for each month a third violation and each succeeding violation continues to exist after due notice.

For purposes of this Schedule of Monetary Penalties, "after due notice" shall mean the violation shall be cured within twenty (20) days from the date of the notice of a violation, sent to the Owner of the Home by postpaid first class mail. Compliance shall be in accordance with Article XI of the Declaration, "Compliance and Arbitration".
